This project was initialized for making the presence of the transferor and transferee of the plot under Haryana Urban Development Authority. It includes photos of both parties i.e. transferor and transferee further to ensure the genuineness, biometric device for thumb impression. The printed document having the photograph and thumb impression is duly signed by both transferor and transferee in presence of HUDA official. |

This software includes two types of reports which has to be sent to Finance Deptt., Govt. of Haryana on monthly basis. The two reports are BM26 & BM29. BM26 provides a headwise report of monthly expenditure during the month of the allotted amount . BM29 provides a headwise report of allotment amount and expenditure and balance up to the current month. |
